Charles Darwin has once said, “it is the long history of humankind that those who learned to collaborate most effectively have prevailed”. At Xfinity Mobile, our Product Experience team has set out to do just that.

When Xfinity Mobile was launched 2 years ago, we set out to make mobile as it should be. And since day one, our team has stood behind the mantra that the product is the experience and the experience is the product. This then means that our team’s success is dependent on our ability to effectively collaborate with all our stakeholder groups. We use our innovation framework — a four part strategy framework — to become the guardrails for how we collaborate and innovate as a team to define the product experience.

In this interactive workshop, our product experience team will guide you through our innovation framework, so that together we can inspire each other to break current norms — and design the future the way it should be.
